Nothing in this is final or set in stone from what i understand. my chief steward has a bunch of us looking at the old and porposed new and submitting ideas to him for needed changes. if you see something that is not right for us, to hell with them, then get with your local and make suggestions.

LOL!!!

That's the same line of B.S. we were given on electronic search, "Just because the National agreed to this, doesn't preclude that each local can't negotiate the procedures locally." Wrong. The National can negotiate away our rights, even if it's a violation of the law. Again, refer to electronic searches.

Secondly, what this does, if ratified, which I hope it isn't, is that each and every local across the country is now going to be placed in a position where they may have to fight the issues on their own, plus they'll be fighting a battle already from behind the eight ball as the National agreed to it, and the National is the Exclusive Representative for all of us.
