Steward Manual
Attached is an excellent guide for those interested in actually learning about agency/union labor relations rather than simply complaining about it.
It's an official AFGE steward's guide. It's 30 pages long, so it's not too much to print and carry around.

I have one that we use at El Reno. It's been put together for us and it works good with our Master Agreement. I'll see if I can find it and post it for everyone. This is some training that Bill Wood had put on for the different Regional Caucus'.
