I have been asked to be a co-instructor for the workers compensation class at the North Central Regional Caucus in March. So, I'm going to have to start cramming. My qualifications consist of a two day class at last year's caucus taught by an AFGE rep. I guess that qualifies me to help teach the course. More likely, there's simply no one else available or willing, which is a very good reason for people to get involved! But that's another story.

If anyone has knowledge of any OWCP cases that they are willing to share I'll be eternally greatful.

Our OWCP stewards use Jimmy Spivey a lot.

I loved the class he gave.

I talked alot with Jimmy about it last spring and summer. Jimmy dealt with workers comp issues in the job he had before the BOP. The problem is, Jimmy is busy. I thought I would put it out here because, Hell, people here aren't too busy to play at PrisonOfficer.Org. So, they ain't busy!

I cant help you here, I dont even know what an OWCP is.
